Terms of Use

In short

About these terms

These terms apply to the Suvii app and the website suvii.app, provided by Suvii ("we", "us"). By using Suvii you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled.

You must be at least 18 to use Suvii. If you add a child, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian, or a caregiver allowed to keep their health records.

Suvii is not medical advice

Suvii helps you keep your child's health records: prescriptions and reports, vaccinations and growth. If you choose, it turns a published vaccination schedule into dates. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend anything for any person.

Your records and backups

Your records are stored, encrypted, on your phone, and you are responsible for them. If your phone is lost, reset or replaced and you have no backup, your records can't be recovered.

Cloud backup is free and optional. Your records are encrypted on your phone before they're uploaded, and only your recovery key opens them. We never see that key, so if you lose it we can't recover your backup. A backup that no phone has used for 2 years is deleted. We work to keep backup available, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, so keep your recovery key safe and, if you like, export your own copy from Settings.

Plans and payments

Using Suvii fairly

Use Suvii for your own family's records. Don't use it to break the law, to store other people's health data without their permission, to store anything other than your Suvii records on our backup server or get around its limits, or to interfere with, copy or resell the app or its data.

Our content

The Suvii app, website, name and logo belong to us. Schedules come from the health authorities and professional bodies named in the app, which own their own publications. Growth charts use the WHO Child Growth Standards and the WHO Growth Reference, which belong to the World Health Organization.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Suvii, so features may change. We may update these terms; we'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app first. You can stop using Suvii at any time and delete your data from Settings.

Liability

Suvii is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for missed or delayed vaccinations or appointments, for decisions made using the app, or for lost data. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection the consumer law of your country gives you.
